Contact Amsterdam Layover Tours
We are a small editorial team that compares private layover tours at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and writes the practical detail around them. We do not operate tours and we cannot change, move or refund a booking.
What to write to us about
- A fact that looks wrong. Hours, fares, distances, opening times — if something here does not match what you found, tell us and we will check it against the source and correct it.
- A tour we have missed. If an operator runs a layover departure from Schiphol that is not compared here, send the link.
- A question the FAQs do not answer. Good questions become new answers on the FAQ page.
What to write to the operator about
Anything to do with your actual booking: the meeting point, a change of time, a cancellation, a refund, a lost item. Your confirmation carries the operator's own contact details, and they are the only people who can act on it. We never see your booking.

Most messages get an answer within a couple of days. There is no phone number, deliberately: a number nobody answers is worse than no number at all.
Who verifies the practical facts
Hours, fares, distances and border rules on this site are checked by the Amsterdam Layover Tours team against the official source for each one — the airport, the city's own destination organisation, the museums themselves, the Dutch government for anything about visas, and the national meteorological institute for the weather figures. The date beside the byline on each page is the last time that check was run.
